Thank you for visiting our website Czosnek. Since the year 1928 we've been supplying local and statewide farmers markets with delicious New York grown garlic. Our farm is all family owned and operated, guaranteeing only the finest quality produce. Last year we decided to build up a small and modest website due to consumer demand, so here it is folks.
As our website content grows, we'll have some very extensive information about garlic, garlic cultivation, garlic recipes, and more. We also plan to put up a list of some of the farmers markets where we'll be stationed throughout the seasons, as well as the who's, what's, and where's of the complete operation. So do be patient and stay tuned for more info goodies.
The word Czosnek means garlic in Polish, and since our family originated from the Mazuria area of Poland, we thought how appropriate for the website title. Besides that, obviously the original Garlic domain was taken long ago, so a bit of creativity to start us off. We want to thank John for his web design work, thank you again, the site looks great. He may even do a bit of flash during the next update, we'll see though how much time he will have.
